Can we get admission in any of the IITs on the basis of Diploma?
I have completed Diploma in Information Technology after 10th. So, can I join any of the IITs after Diploma? Do I also need to write the entrance exams for IIT? Will I get direct 2nd year admission on the basis of Diploma in IIT?

No, you cannot get admission in 2nd year B.Tech in IIT after completing Diploma.
Admission to IITs for Diploma holders is not granted as they hadn't completed 10+2 from PCM stream. Admission to IITs is only granted in following steps:
