YES..you are eligible to join Indian Army after completing 12th standard in BiPC. To join Indian Army, you are required to appear in NDA entrance exam conducted by UPSC two times in year as NDA..I & NDA..II.

NDA is National Defence Academy

To join Indian Army through NDA your Age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years. Only unmarried Male candidates are eligible to appear in this exam. Candidates must have Indian citizenship. You should be physically & mentally sound. Required Physical standard for NDA is given below.

You can join Indian Army after passing 12th through appearing NDA entrance exam.


NDA - NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY exam conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Central/State Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental Fitness.

The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview along with physical fitness and Medical Test.

As you are interested you can apply for Indian Army through appearing NDA-II 2012 exam, the registration process of which is going on now, th exam is going to be held on 19.08.2012.

Yes you are eligible for Indian army with your educational qualification, To join in indian you need to apply an exam NDA this exam is conducted two times in a year

NDA-I,

NDA-II.

NDA is nothing but National Defence Service., and in NDA there are three wings:-

Indian army,

Indian airforce,

Indian navy.


UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) is conducting this exam every year.

NDA-I exam is already successfully completed, so you can apply NDA-II exam.

To Join Indian Army Just After Passing Class 12th, You need to apply for the UPSC NDA exams:

Education:

Indian Army- 12th class or Intermediate Pass in any stream
Indian Airforce and Indian Navy Wing- 12th class or Intermediate Pass.In class 12th you should have studied the subjects Physics and Maths.


Age-
Minimum 16.5 years
Maximum 19 years
No age relaxations is given to any candidates who apply for the NDA exams

Next NDA exams would be held in April 2014

Only Candidates born between 2nd January 1996 to 1st July 1998 can apply for these exams

Male candidates are only allowed to apply for the NDA exams
