How can we take admission in Software Engineering after completing the B.Sc or M.Sc from Information Technology field, and if we can take in which year we can get admission and whether admission will be based on any entrance exam?

If you want to do software engineering than you should do BE in Computer Science.

As you know Engineering is a 4 years course.

You have to given entrance tests and than based on your score, you get college, where you have to opt for Computer Science.

This tests are conducted just after passing class 12th.

If you have already completed M.SC in Information technology, than you should look for jobs directly in software companies.
