I got 64prcnt in my 11th cls.wat would be best for me to do after my 12th class if i don't get a good rank in EAMCET???

Firstly your question is incomplete you pleas mention the stream you opt in 11th and 12th class.

But in general if you can apply for other exam like:-
-I.I.T-J.E.E
-A.I.E.E.E
-B.H.U
-A.M.U
-A.I.I.M.S
-B.I.T.S.AT
etc
