What career paths i can choose??

Guys please help me out...

after M.TECH in CSE there are many fields open for you it depends on your choice that which field you want to join.

basically you can go for jobs,

academics

research

It depends all on your interest.

after M.Tech if you interested in job you can join any type of job as your likings.
if you want to do research or P.hd you should register for P.hd to complete the course work after you can continue your research to complete p.hd.
