Qualified Company Secretaries has rich knowledge in legal, finance and management matter of any company .
Company Secretary is very good course and it has lot of career scope in coming future also. After doing Company Secretary course you can seek employment in Govt and private sector. If student complete this course they can expect 3 to 5 lakhs starting salary per annum. Salary grows as the experience of the candidate grows in the industry. Company secretary course is distance education course with optional oral coaching. This course can be done along with some other course like with BBA or with B.com. But this is a course which need regular study time. So it is better if this course is opt with the course with which you will be able to study well . There is no demerits of company secretary course but yes the candidate with law degree be able to earn more in this field . If you are interested in BBA you need to do MBA further for better career opportunities. Both BBA and MBA should be done from good institutions. Choose wisely as both are good career option/choices.
