If you talk about scope of BCA then I tell you its too good but when you are good in software.
The companies such as Wipro, Infotech, Satyam, Tata Consultancy Service, Siemens Communications, and even International companies such as Vodafone, and Essar Communications are hiring to many BCA degree holders.
Scope of BCA is pretty good but when you complete masters.
You will earn in future about 18000 to 20000 starting differ from place to place.

Yes definately, There are very good scope in BCA after completing this course if you can do MCA , then you will get jobs in the IT sector in these companies like Wipro, Satyam, Infotech, Vodafone.

So, after completing BCA if you are go for MCA then you will get starting salary around
10,000 to 15,000 per month. So please dont worry, there are very wide career in this filed.
