By mistake I wrote wrong Pin Code. Will my application get rejected due to wrong Pin entered? What are my chances, please let me know.

No, your application won't be rejected. But I will suggest you to contact them and tell them of your mistake immediately. Not notifying them is the mistake of yours. If possible find out the page of you application form and update your information as soon as possible and again click on the submit button.
