Sir,i got 119476 rank in aieee and 12373 rank in mppet,suggest possible reputed colleges.is there any chance of any govt. Colleges?

no,there is no chance for getting govt college because real thing is that your rank is too far .
you don't get the reputed private colleges also .
so try to give the Exam AIEEE in next year with good preparation its good for you .

but you can take admissions in private collage
