look dear,
no company offers training to 2nd yr. students until and unless you have a good jack in that company. every company offers training to 3rd. yr students.

procedure to do training:
1. take a training letter from your collage which contain in which collage the student is willing to do training.
2. submitte this form to respected company along with your resume if company ask for.
3. for doing internship in good company you should have good percentile in 10,12, and in b.tech
