hello
i have completed my b.tech this year but i have got back papers in my 2nd semester .....i want to ask what should i do now can i apply for any job or not.?? i will have my exams after 6 months...please anyone can hep me out?

You know this is WORLD with tight competiotion , so there is reduced chance to get employed in a good post . But keep a track on the placements going on . So , anyhow you need to prepare for the exams.... Meanwhile join any company like WIPRO or any other companies (for BPO) that permitt backlogs.... Its better that you don't waste these 6 months of yours....

Prepare well for the exams.... Perform well . After clearing the backlogs start a new beginning.... Be prepared to face the situations....

Normally to get a job you need to complete your graduation. Backlogs are not permitted. But most of the firms do conduct entrance test. If you fare well they will consider you.

If you have your completion certificate, which they used to provide before giving out the certificates one year later of your passing. Then i think you can apply for any firm , but you should clear before the actual degree certificates came

Having backlogs do limits choices. But there are many-many good companies where you can apply and get a good job.

few company allow one backlog in the career. but if you get backlog in one subject for two years then it will be very difficult for you to get good job.

if you can clear your backlog this year then there will be not so much problem to get job. but always try not to get any backlog further.

backlog creates bad impression but it is not true that if you have backlog in one semester then you will not get job. but one thing if you get backlog in third year then you will not be eligible for any job until you will clear your backlog.

backlogs are not permit in any company... companies give criterion that students does not have any backlogs.

but you can try in BPO and during this duration you should clear your backlogs.

It may be impossible to get a good job if your degree is not complete.
What I suggest is that first you concentrate on your backlogs and then think of the job.
Clearing the backlogs must be your priority now. If you are searching for jobs now then it may happen that you again get unable to clear the backlog.
So all the best and first have a degree before applying for job.

If you got a Backlog in your 2nd semester, then please clear it as soon as possible.

Because, in now a days, to get a good jobs with Backlog its very difficult.

The person have more than 60% marks with no Backlog, have also face the problem to got a Best jobs in Top Companies.

Because in these days, the Competition as too Much and Comapany recruited The best person. I dont say that, the person with backlog never got a good job.

If you clear your backlog at first time, then its good Other wise you have to face lots of difficulties at the time of searching jobs.

Because Backlog creates Bad Impression, But if your Communication skills was good, then definately you got the chance to get good jobs.

So, please concentrate in your study first and try to clear it soon. Definately you will get a job soon and never think negative in your life.

Firstly, please do well in your exam.If you have given a chance so utilize it to full extent and secure well marks.This will help you in getting good jobs otherwise it is difficult for you getting any good job.

Yes, you can apply for jobs. But you not eligible for recruitment in top MNCs or other big companies. Because these companies require that the candidate must have secured at least 60% throughout his educational life without any backlog.

But don't worry some companies do allow students with backlog to appear in their recruitment drive. If you are selected you will be given a time frame to clear all your backlogs.

Yes you can apply for any job but first of all clear your all back papers and than concentrate on you career.
there are lots of companies who looking a person with good skills and knowledge so don't worry about your backlogs.

the new fiscal year has started and the companies are now on a recruitment drive.most of the fine players tend to see your communication skill and the "basic" knowledge about your concerned subject..with not much of importance to backlogs which in your case is only 2(considerably low)....
The joining letter is handed to you and a time span is provided to you,,which in most cases is to join in june next year....so you have ample time to complete your backlogs and submit your details to the company by july.

there are many technical based in banglore and chennai which would provide u job,since its also based on your profile because you are a engineerin graduate hence spend some time in such firms and the switch on to a better option would be a very viable option...(its based on my own experience)

there are many companies which give job to people who have more than two backlogs also .
they will keep you as an trainee and when you complete your subjects you can be hired on permanent basis,so don't get disheartened and surely apply for the job

With a supplie,,it is bound tht u cannot afford to get an excellent job.
However it is not bad to gain experience and work elsewhere ..till u are all clear!

sorry to say, before clearing your back log you can't apply for any job.

as every private and govt sectors wants graduate engineering candidate.

so before completing your graduation you will not be eligible for any engineering level jobs.
