Yes, indeed you need to have some good experience over you MBA career in order to get a good colleges, many good colleges are asking for GMAT,TOEFL,IELTS score with work experience.

Here, are the some of good colleges you can apply for :-

>Wintec Institute of Technology,Hamilton, New Zealand

>Cornell Institute of Business and Technology (CIBT)

>Manukau Institute of Technology,Manukau

>Natcoll Design Technology,Auckland

>International College of Auckland (ICA),Auckland

>University of Auckland,Auckland

>University of Canterbury,Christchurch

>University of Otago

If you want to study in New Zealand, it is a great choice as it is respected for their academic and research performance.New Zealand universities offer a broad varieties of courses relating to your MBA.

They also want that students must have good communication skills and IELTS / TOEFL scores wherever possible. A band of 6.0/6.5 for undergraduate & 6.5 / 7.5 for postgraduate courses is considered desirable.

Keep ready with your documents while applying like passport, 10th, 12th examination certificates, letter of recommendation etc.

Also you should keep these things in mind:-

1.University Academic Transcripts

2.Evidence of Graduation

3. Standardised Tests either GMAT/IELTS/TOEFL ( For TOEFL 577 (Paper-based test) or 240 (Computer-based test) is required)

4.Work History(min 3-5 years)

5.Letter of Recommendation

6.Statement of Purpose

Hope this helps!! all the best for your career!!
