For most of the post graduation courses the minimum marks required in 50%. There may be some institutes which accept this score but you must verify whether they are recognised institutes. They conduct entrance exam for the same. The syllabus will have aptitude oriented question or technical questions. Some include both these areas. With the low marks you are eligible for certification courses like CA, CS, Tally etc.
