COURSE SUITED FOR MAINFRAMES OR DOTNET

Its good that you have finished some Testing tools course which might help you when you get into company... The best suited course for MainFrame and server side is Linux (RHCE) Red Hat Certified Engineer and after that (RHCP) Red Had Certified Professional...

-> Linux is one of the key for server side and mainframe programming, so if you can learn these courses then it will be well and good..

-> And for .Net there is a course offered from Microsoft i.e MCTS ( Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist ) and once completing that you can go for Microsoft Certified Professional Developer ( MCPD )...

-> When taking up any of these courses, just know that you should learn the concepts well and not for the sake of studying...

-> There are many more other courses.. to know about them online CLICK HERE!!!
