Kindly clarify that which course is better B.Tech CSE or 5 year integrated M.Tech Software Course offered in some deemed universities.? Which one we can prefer to join? It will be really useful if you can answer me back as soon as possible.

B.tech is a graduate level technical course and the duration of B.Tech course is 4 years and to get master degree in technical stream you will have to go for the master degree courses like MBA,MCA, M.tech etc. whose duration will be of 2-3 years. Hence going for B.Tech and then after Master degree will take 6 year. But if you are going for the Integrated M.Tech course then the course duration will be 5 years. And hence you can save your one year. Also you will become master after 5 years and getting any good job in any MNCs companies will become very easier for you. So I will suggest you to go for the Integrated M.Tech software courses rather than going for B.tech course and then after M.tech.
