As you are a diploma holder in ECE it better to do B.Tech in Electronics and Communication. You can also apply for streams like Electronics Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Selection of the suitable stream of study also depends on the interest of the candidate. One can look for admission to these courses through the lateral entry scheme. Selection is done on the basis of lateral entry entrance exams carried out by the respective University that offers the course.
