what are the courses or streams available in M.E for mechanical branch after B.E in mechanical? Can i do any specialization in aerospace or aeronautics?

After passing B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering you can pursue M.Tech. in
following branches of Science/Engineering.

Aeronautical Engineering
Aerospace Engineering
Automobile Engineering
Ocean Engineering
Naval Architecture
Mechanical Engineering
Manufacturing Technology
Material Sciences/Mineral Processing Engineering/Metallurgical Engineering
Petroleum Engineering
Applied Mathematics
Bio-sciences and Bioengineering
Computer Science Engineering
Industrial Engineering and Operation Research
System & Control Engineering etc.

For Aerospace/mechanical/mat. sci./metallurgical/bioengineering, you can appear GATE
with Mechanical engineering but for other subjects there could be different requirement
other than having passed B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

For complete detail you can visit any IIT website because most standardized rules are
followed in the system of GATE and IIT which are applicable to mostly places.
