Respected Sir, I have completed my class 12th Art stream from NIOS Board and my subject were English, Hindi, Political Science, Geography and History. Now I want to pursue my Graduation with BCA course so I want to know am I eligible to pursue BCA from a Government College after completing class 12th Arts from NIOS Board? Please answer as soon as possible.

No, you are not eligible to pursue BCA course from a Government college after completion of your 12th standard Arts stream from NIOS Board. To be eligible to get admission for pursuing BCA course, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Mathematics subject from a recognised board. Since, you have not studied Mathematics subject in your 12th standard, you are not eligible to get admission for pursuing BCA course.

After completion of 12th standard from NIOS, you are eligible for BCA course.

Those candidate should have completed 12th in any stream preferably Science stream with at least 50% marks with Mathematics as one of the subject of studies from a recognized Board are eligible for BCA course.
