If you have completed your M.Sc in Biology with more than 60% aggregate marks from any recognised college/university, some community colleges may offer you the post of guest lecturer.

The career has become so professionalized that now it is impossible to get a permanent position as a lecturer without having completed you PhD.

You haven't mentioned your qualification hence, it is a little difficult to explain you the entire procedure. However, to be precise you need to complete your bachelors and masters with minimum 60% aggregate marks from any recognised university and together with applying as a guest lecturer in any college/university also pursue your PhD.
