CS along B.Com after 12th standard? Is it a good choice?
hey..
i have given my 12th exams this year and planning to do cs in future and I'm also planning it to do along with b.com.so please help me out to know is it a good choice or bad. |

The number of qualified company secretary is less then required. Following are the types of companies which has to appoint a company secretary professionals. Companies willing to get enlisted in the stock exchange Companies with paid up share capital of 2 crores or more Following are the job profiles for a qualified company secretary. Company secretary and finance officer Company secretary and Executive officer Company secretary and vice president Chief Compliance officer Apart from this, a professional can also practice independently. Companies with paid-up share capital of more than 10 lakhs and less than 2 crores are bound to take the service of a company secretary professional for compliance certificate. Apart from this, such professional can practice independently in the following areas: Corporate restructuring Foreign collaboration and joint venture Project financing Project planning Financial management Capital market and investor relation Corporate advisory service The demand for such professional is likely to grow more in the future and therefore, it definitely has the potential to fetch a successful and rewarding career. The course is divided into three stages Foundation Program Executive Program Professional Program After qualifying the Professional Program, the candidate has to undergo Management training for a period of 15 months. Within this training program, the candidate has to undergo practical training in a CS firm. Apart from this, the candidate has to go for another training of 15 days in registrar of company, Affiliated stock exchange, SEBI etc. The one who completes all these training program, along with the the foundation, executive and professional program, are eligilble to become an associate member of ICSI. The last date of registration is 28th of February to appear in the examination conducted same year in the month of December and 31st of August for the examination conducted next year in the month of June. according to me if u r intelligent den u can go for bba but itzz very hard so if u can handle both den itzz d right chioce i think..... but i vl tell u to go for b com with cs.... all d best 4 ur future....................

The Company Secretary Course is conducted by ICSI.
This course is conducted in three stages: Foundation Executive Professional After passing class 12th, you can take admission in the Foundation course. Fees for this stage is Rs 3600/- Minimum duration to complete this stage is 8 months Subjects to study in this stage is: 1. Business Environment and Entrepreneurship 2.
