I have taught for six years in a very good private school.I have done my B.ED and my M.ED as well.My question is -is it necessary to clear ctet or tet for class 9 and class10 or for class 11 and 12 ?

If anyone has P.G degree in concerned subject and has done b.ed from IGNOU then is he/she eligible for becoming a teacher of class ix to xii in central schools?

Ctet includes teaching of class 3-5 and 6-8..
Tet includes recuiretment of teacher in your state. Ctet recuirts you at any of the school in the nation.
You need to clear this entrance exam for government job in teaching.
