as it is one of the best college in india.

there are two degrees in which the cut-off are presents,
B.COM Honours English & Maths / B.Maths / B.Maths & Eco- 60%
B.A. English Hon English- 60%

Well it seems that you are very strong in accountancy...Looking at your marks i feel that you are a brilliant and hard working student.Yes you can attend for evening classes for b.com and feel that you will do well in it.Best wishes for your future.

Yes you will get seat in B.Sc Statistics Hons.You have overall scored good percentage.It seems like you are very good at maths and i would say that you are taking the right course.Its better to do anything from your heart than doing it just for the sake of doing.I can feel that you will do well.Its better to go for the course of your interest.

For applying to B. Com:
1)Must have 60% aggregate with 45% marks in individual subjects
2)English and Maths / Business Maths/ Business Economics & Maths are compulsory.........

to do microbiology from St. Xaviers, you need an aggregate of 60% and 60% in Chemistry................

yes of course!
to get admission in statistics you need an aggregate of 60% , and the percentage in maths required is 60%....

yes you are eligible, because for west bengal board they need 55% and for other board its 70%.....
so you are eligible.....

many people are answering the question in a wrong way.....the question is CUT OFF FOR MERIT LIST...NOT FOR ELIGIBILTY TO APPLY....so at a reputed colllge like st xaviers calcutta its surely above 90%......NOT 60 or 70% :P
