what are the cut off marks in general studies in previous civils preliminary exam?. second paper is the new one. so it is unpredictable. but paper-1 is the general studies which we have already from the starting days .so it doesn't make any sharp changes in paper-1. coaching centres should have an idea of that. can any one provide that?
