I have completed B.E in civil Engineering. i want to join M.tech course , i am interested to do P.G either in evening college in Bangalore or open university like KSOU. If i opt open university can i eligible for doing Ph.D in civil engineering. I am looking for evening college to complete . Please help me in this issue.
