for computer science student govt. jobs are very few.

but jobs like:--

BSNL

DRDO

ISRO

NALCO

NTPC

all are 60% career require for give the exam............

can we only apply for government jobs if i have completed my studies from a Aicte recognized university?

govt. job for non-carrier it b-tech student

in bhel or sail want to through out 60% ????????

now i am continuing my b.tech.can i apply for the govt.job.if yes give me the list of companies.
