IRTS stands for Indian Railway Traffic Service. It comes under Group A Civil Services of India.. The entrance examination for recruitment of candidates into IRTS is Civil Services examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission.

Eligibility criteria for Civil Services examination is as below:

>>Candidate must have done bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year graduation candidates can also apply for examination.

>>The age limit is 21-32 years. Upper age relaxation applicable to candidates of reserved category.

If you meet these two criteria, you can apply for Civil Services examination. The notification for 2017 examination will be released in February, 2017. After that you can apply for examination at http://www.upsconline.nic.in.
