Which different universities have different CET exams? What should I opt if I want to pursue Panjab University, Chandigarh or Pune?


i wanna know that should i pursue cet exam only for mca ahead.and why different uni's have different cet exams? mhcet gcet tancet etc.. what should i opt for if i wanna pursue to panjab uni,chandigarh or pune university..plzzzzzzzzzzz help..
