Dear friend,

the best option is the b.tech after the diploma, but you are not interested in this. so if you don't want to go in the b.tech then you can do the jab, because the electrical engineering is a good branch. and you can make good package.

the diploma holder can make money between 10000 to 15000 only, so you can earn on this way in the companies and get the experience.

on the experience you can go for the further companies for more package. so the degree is important, rather then the experience is important.

you can also go for the private courses like embedded system and the Vlsi. you can go these sectors:-

production plant
design industries.
indian railways
thermal power
nuclear power.
