Re: Direct admission in CS Intermediate course without Foundation course, possible or not?
Hi Chinmoyee
As you have already mentioned that you are from a non-commerce background, it is mandatory for you to go for an foundation course before you can start your intermediate course on CS. ICSI, governing body for CS, has made it a compulsion for all such students to first undergo a foundation course, so that they brush up subjects which were not a part of their curriculum. You are not required to take up the examination, but yes you'd have to undergo a compulsory postal or oral tuition. For more information, you can log into www.icsi.in. Regards Neeraj |

Re: Direct admission in CS Intermediate course without Foundation course, possible or not?
10+2 Pass or its equivalent is the basic requirement for being eligible for company secretary course. A candidate can enter the executive course by two means. Either the candidate must pass the Foundation Programme examination (compulsory for 10+2 Pass) or must have passed a graduation successfully with 10 + 2 + 3 examination. For graduates direct entry is allowed. You can join intermediate course without the Foundation course on completion of BBA.

Yes,
after BBA you can join executive level directly but all you need to do is to complete a postal coaching of the foundation course and then start with the executive level. I am a B.tech graduate and i have directly jumped to executive course. |
