hi pjz tell me . In placement 12 class PCM marks matters ? In engineering ?

Hello friend,
About each and every company demands 60% in Academics that is 10th, 12th as well as in B.Tech. So you need to have 60% all through.
The overall marks will matters while placement, as they demands aggregate percentage in 10th and 12th. So, PCM marks doesn't matters during the placement in Engineering.
If you have fulfill the criteria then you can appear fro the aptitude test and GD and then HR interviews.
After clearing all three round you will get the appointment letter for joining the company.

Some reputed companny requred eligibelity criteria 60% or above mark in 12th class.
But other companny does not requred this.
There is main matter with your graduation mark.

Some govemment job they do not considre your 12th marks.they want only your graduation mark.

Most of the companies wants to see the 12th marks for the eligibility criteria.

They need a 60% marks in 12th, but it does not require for placement.

For placement only your graduation marks is required.

So if you have 60% marks in your 12th then you are eligible for all yop companies in India.

Some companies also does not require 12th marks.

for most of the MNCs the minimum eligibility criteria is about 60% of the marks in the 12th board examination is a must without which you are not eligible for the job......in different MNCs....

Yes The marks you have acquired in 12th std and 10th std and

aggregate of your engineering marks are the things to be considered for campus

placements. Your 12th Physics, Chemistry and Maths are main subjects to be

considered when your 12th marks are in notice.

Yes, many companies ask for 12th marks, but only reason is that they want to select who are consistent in their studies, i dont think these marks will matter much if you have a decent score in Btech.

Yes it matter for eligibility.

If you have scored about 60% in 12th then you are eligible for almost all entrance exam and in companies.

Engineering percentage matter a lot so work hard and try to score above 70% because now companies are started changing their percentage criteria.

PCM marks in 12th is required as well as your 10th class marks are required during campus placements
they add immense value during campus placements.
most of the companies have their own elligibility percentage and these percentage is a deciding factor during campus placements

I got 58% in PCM in 12th, am I eligible, I got 63% in total.

sir i got 53% marks in total and 59% in PCM will i get placement in engineering collages.

sir i got 43.67% in 12th total and 35% in PCM then i will get placement in engineering colleges

Ya you have a above 60% marks requirement in 12th. It is good for placements.

The requirement of 12th marks depend on company which are the requirements of that,
but its better for you, some companies require 70%in PCM, so work hard
and acheive 70+percentage

at the time of placement we have to fill up the RESUME FORM .

in that resume format there is row of 12th percentage is present.

so physics , chemistry , maths are included in 12 th board exam , it means that pcm marks matters while placement in engineering .

hi friend,
during placements only your overall 12th score will be considered for eligibility.do not worry about your individual subject marks it will not play role. you provide interviewer with only resume in which you will have only your aggregate marks in 10th 12th and UG.
so dont get scared about you individual marks it will not affect your placements.
most companies ask for 65% minimum only so if you have 65% in 10th 12th and UG you will be eligible to most of the companies.

Being an engineering student myself who will be sitting for campus placements soon, i can tell you that most of the companies offering campus placements do have a criteria of eligibility of the 10th and 12th percentage.However, PCM marks individually don't matter mostly and it is the overall percentage that counts. Most of the companies have the criteria of 60% marks in 10th, 12th and engineering.So, you can figure it out of your percentages whether you will be eligible or not.Also, this is a general view and this varies from company to company.

You did not mention your highest level of academic qualification.

If your highest level of academic qualification is 12th class, you are not eligible to apply for campus placements.

If you have completed your Engineering course,m then you can start applying for campus placements.
