central government conduct the acio exam....please tell me if they do the same

ACIO stands for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer. The entrance test for this post is conducted by Ministry of Home Affairs, Central Government of India.

Eligibility criteria:

>>Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year candidates can also apply for the exam.

>>The general age limit is 18-27 years. Relaxation of three years to OBC candidates and five years to SC/ST candidates.

Stages of Examination:

1. Written test.

2. Personal interview.

Both objective and descriptive type questions are asked in the written test.

Written test exam pattern:

1. Paper I: Questions asked are from these areas:

>>Mathematics

>>General Awareness.

>>Reasoning

>>English.

2. Paper II:

>>It is a descriptive paper, you will asked to write essay and precis. The main motive is to test english knowledge skills.
