Because many people say that future of IT is not bright in india.so i can't take good decision. so plz give me ans what can i do?i like to do mscit.

The many people who proclaim the future of IT in India to be dim, have probably failed to recognize the magnitude of modernization various field are undergoing, and that the trend is bound to continue in future. A few years ago, we couldn't have thought of building our own intelligent submarines and fighter-jets, computer systems, analyzers and the like. MSc IT is one of the postgraduate degrees available in the educational arena, and the recognition it has got, is only the same as those with MAs or MScs of other subjects. From the ranks of an IT schoolteacher to a senior professional in a university, you have a range of choices in choosing your line. So I recommend M.Sc IT. Go for It!

don't worry Ms-IT is a good course which has a good future not only in india but abroad also. after the completion of this degree you will easily get job in good software companies. only you need to do is to try and obtain as much marks as possible in your master degree because marks plays a vital role in this modern world. last but not least try to gain knowledge as it is most important.i think the people of your locality are unaware of Ms-IT . so, now decision depends upon you but i think you should go for it.

Information Technology definitely has a good scope. But before pursuing the same you need to make sure whether you possess the interest in the same. Also whether this field is most apt for you.

Msc in IT is surely a best option as we all know that IT company are in boom now and they are taking graduate in IT of following qualifications like
b.tech
b.sc
m.sc
MCA
BCA

these are in highly recommend degree in the field of IT and that by top companies like
IBM
INFOSYS
WIPRO
COGNIGENT
APPLABS
VALUE LABS
and many more

so donot worry it is a good career and need to be concentrate more to have a grip of subjects!!

there is some scope , but not that much .

you can probably get placed in an IT company if you perform well (there is no guarantee that everyone would be placed ) .


But that's all . In fact , if you try to apply for jobs outside the campus , a BE/BTech student from an average college would have much better chances of getting a job compared to you.

This is because MSc has very little value in India unless it is done from top universities like IISc or BITS or IITs .

there are so many MNCs in India where you can work and paid a handsome salary.

Yes dear.Msc in Informational technology has a good scope in India as well as abroad such as in Dubai,China Japan,USA etc.Today when India is rising in IT hub Msc hold a remarkable position.M.Sc in IT OR computers helps a student to get some good jobs in the MNC’s related to IT and computer sector. Not only this, there are many companies, industries and other sectors which provides good jobs to the M.Sc degree holders.

Yes of course there is no question to be asked about scope for MSCITs in india and abroad.Recently my maternal uncle got job in texas with a big post and good salary. so i strongly recomend to get in mscit. go for it god is with you.best of luck

I am a Student of MScIT and to be honest the syllabus is not what the Corporates require.
Doing MScIT you be Jack of All and Master in NONE.. It is helpful if you wish to get into Teaching Profession. But if you are looking for Development fields in Programming or DBA then MCA is a better option.
Nevertheless.. If you groom yourself and upgrade in some specific Technology say for example SAP. Then you have an upper hand.. Otherwise its simple logic, after completing MScIT you are no better than a BScIT when programming is concerned. So for Companies it would be cheaper to hire a BScIT graduate..
The bottom line is Choose the course based on what you really want to do with your career...
MSc-CS is a better option and has a better syllabus than MScIT...

Merely doing M.sc IT won't help you,If you want to get a good job such as in software
departments you must have good programming skills,if you have a mastery and indepth
knowledge about the currently practiced programming languages than you will definitely
be placed in good company.

So look for good M.sc institutes around where you can develop your skills efficiently
