Does a private job give salary more than 30,000 Rs/month?

Your salary will depend on several factors. This will include your educational qualification, the industry you join, work experience etc. You should choose a field where you have interest. Also make sure you take up the required qualification for the same. With experience you can expect higher salary.

Yes, Definitely private jobs give good salary! Especially IT and other professional degree holders can earn earn 30000 even during the start of their career. Otherwise you can get such salary after few years of hard work. In private companies, salary is not a problem, but job security is a problem, which you can fight out with your dedication.
