Dear friend,

According to the information brochure of UPTU-SEE 2010 ,
any student who have passed the qualifying exam( Boards)
from any institution located in U.P. or whose parents are domiciles of
UP can apply for the examination
Also there are 10% seats given to private institutes to be filled
on the basis of merit by All India Level Candidates subjected to
eligibility given in counselling brochure through the University counselling
under policy of State govt of UP.
