Yes, it is absolutely easy to clear Executive Programme of Company Secretary in first attempt.Although,it does not matter whether you belong to any particular state or region. It is the exam conducted on All India Basis & the question paper as well as marking scheme is same for one and the other state. To clear Executive 40% in each subject & 50% in aggregate marks required.

Yes, it is possible to clear CS executive from chattisgarh. You just need to refer the ICSI Executive Books as well as the sangeet kedia books for self study. Do previous paper practice, then you will definitely clear this exam in first attempt.
