Re: Is Company Secretary Course hard or easy?
Well, nothing can be classified Hard or Easy.
It all depends upon your effort, ability, hard work, understanding, willingness to devote time, concentration and to some extent lady luck. You can have a deep look at the syllabus, course materials, past question papers. You may also have a one to one interaction with successful Company Secretaries about their feel and get tips from them. Then, you have to conclude all by yourself as to whether this course meets your situation and take the plunge. All the best. |

Re: Is Company Secretary Course hard or easy?
Quote:
The Company Secretary course is conducted in three stages: Foundation Executive Professional 12th passed candidates can get admission in the Foundation stage Fees for the Foundation stage is Rs 4500 I would suggest that if any of your friends is already doing this course than look at the books of the foundation course and see if you are able to understand the topics. In this way you can decide if you would be able to do this course or not Subjects to study in the CS Foundation Course English and Business Communication Economics and Statistics Financial Accounting Elements of Business Laws and Management |

2 months is more than enough... do refer to scanners for accounts and eco...law and communication reading is more than enough... the questions are general...all the best!
