Eligibility to apply in Judge/Magistrate recruitment at 40 years of age for LLB student?
Hi friends, I am in LLB 2nd year right now. It's a 3 years course and I am 38 years of age right now. I will be 40 when I complete my LLB course. I want to apply for Judge or Magistrate recruitment. So, can I apply in such recruitment at the age of 40 years old?

The eligibility to appear in Judicial Service Examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in law from a recognised university.
The age criteria varies with state and different state have different age criteria. There is relaxation for reserved category. So, kindly visit the official website for the detail information. |

Judicial Service Examination is conducted by State Service. The required eligibility to appear in examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in Law.
Age limit is not common for all the state judicial examination. So, kindly visit the official website to get the detail information about the examination syllabus and other information. |
