The minimum academic qualification required for this course is:
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCM subjects or appearing for exams. So, you should pursue 10+2 first to become eligible for engineering entrance exams. You are not eligible to apply for any engineering entrance exam at present. After 12th, you can apply for Joint Entrance Examination to get admission in top engineering colleges of India called IITs. JEE is conducted by CBSE. |

Re: Eligibility criteria to join Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering after 10th?
No, you are not eligible to join any engineering college for Bachelor of Technology course after duration of 10th board exams. The minimum educational qualification required to apply for engineering course is 10+2 board passed or appearing. The compulsory subjects in 12th must include Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
While appearing for 10+2 board examination, you can apply for Joint Entrance Examination. JEE is conducted by CBSE and has two stages JEE Main and Advanced. Candidates who clear both stages are eligible for admission in IITs. IITs are the best technical institutes in India for B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering course. |

Re: Eligibility criteria to join Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering after 10th?
In India several technological universities including the IITs offer courses in aeronautical engineering both at undergraduate and post-graduate level. The basic eligibility criteria for BE / B.Tech program is 10+2 Science (Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with a fairly high percentage of marks in the aggregate.
You are not eligible for JEE exam or any other engineering entrance exam now. |
