The candidates applying for TCS has to have more than 60% of marks throughout the semesters. The candidates have to pass the entrance exam carried out by TCS. As for accessing the sample papers of the exam applicant can visit different websites dedicated for TCS. Some of the links contains more than 200 placement papers

The eligibility criteria for TCS is as follows:
candidate must secure 60 % marks throughout his academic life i.e 10th, 12th & graduation/ PG
Not more than 2 years of gap in studies
No current backlogs.

The TCS aptitude test consists of following 3 sections:

Verbal aptitude
quantitative aptitude
reasoning

Verbal aptitude - This Test contains questions on Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Completion etc.

Aptitude Test - This test will consist of very general questions. Almost 70-80 % Questions will be repeated from the Previous TCS Papers

Reasoning - It is the toughest section. Here time management is very important.

i have scored 85% in 10th and 73% in 12th. i scored 57% in one sem due to some illness. But in all other semesters i have a 65 score and i have topped my stream four times...still am i not eligible..??

HI, I scored 85% in class X (cbse) in 2003 and 82% in class XII (cbse) in 2007.
I have an average cgpa of 8.4 in btech. I have a gap of 2 years between class x and class xi due to my mothers illness. am i eligible for tcs?????

**if ur career is more than 75% u can appear direct P.I

1) candidate must secure 60 % marks throughout his academic life i.e 10th, 12th & graduation.

2)Not more than 2 years of gap in studies


3)The TCS aptitude test consists of following 3 sections:

hii i scored 50% in 12th and presuing with 68% in btech whether i am eligible for tcs...

i got 10th-67.2% ,inter-64.7%, B.tech-61.60%,now i am studying m.tech but i have 3 years gap between b.tech and m.tech i am eligible for tcs company

I got 66% marks in class 10 and 58% in 12 but in pcm i got 61% marks. I did graduation(BTECH) with 62% marks

* One must have 60% marks in all over academic career..

* One should not have any gap more than 2 years

* One should not have any backlogs..

these are the criteria for any IT companies..

The campusing of TCS consists of three phases-

1.Aptitude test

2.Technical Interview

3.HR Interview

After clearing the aptitude test you have to go through the interview session..

this session is divided into two categories technical and HR...

In technical session they will ask you questions on your technical paper, and in HR session they will ask you HR questions..

so prepare yourself...

as far as i know from this year TCS is not allowing breaking studies means u can have atmost 2 year gap after 10th,12th,btech.....but during courses year gap(year lack) is not allowed.But still it varies from college to college.

i got 64%in 10th,54%in 2,76%in bca n 71%in mca

I have an arrear. Am i eligible to attend TCS On Campus..

yes this year that is 2011 -2012 tcs allows 2 active backloks but 60% throught and not more than 2 year gap after 12 th..

I am vishnu i have completed the following exams with the following % i want the clarrification for my eligiblity to the top mncs Than what are the exams that i show in the reusme when i Submit.

3.Diploma in computer Engg. 75%
