Eligibility criteria for NIMHANS PG entrance after MBBS?


hi.can i know what is the eligibility criteria for nimhans pg entrance after mbbs?..actually i want to do Mch(neurosurgery) or MD(neurology) in nimhans after my mbbs. so when will be the exams for it? & what books to study for that?...please suggest for it as early as possible
