Re: Eligibility criteria for MBBS entrance for NIOS students?
A candidate can join MBBS, even he/she is a student, who has completed class 12th standard from NIOS Board. Students from NIOS Board can apply for MBBS admissions as similar to other students from different Boards. After the completion of intermediate, the candidate has to apply for any MBBS entrance exam like AIIMS, AIPMT or any other exam, which will be conducted in the respective state. Then depending upon the performance in that exam, the candidate get a seat in any of the MBBS college.

Re: Eligibility criteria for MBBS entrance for NIOS students?
The eligibility criteria for MBBS admission is same for all board no matter from which board you have pursued your 10+2 board and exams. It is same for state boards of education as well as central board like CBSE, ICSE or NIOS.
So, you need not worry about admissions in MBBS course if you have done 10+2 board from NIOS as its certificates are valid for admission. You must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology along with English from NIOS board. You should have minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 board exams. You can apply for the various MBBS entrance exams next year like AIPMT, AIIMS etc as this year exams are over. |
