Eligibility criteria for "O" level certificate course?
Hi, I have completed my Graduation and Post Graduation scoring 52% in graduation and 62% in post graduation via distance mode of education. So, am I eligible for "O" level certificate course of DOAAC (Department Of Arts And Culture)?
