I have 155 cm height, I have heard that for MNS women's the weight of candidate is calculated as height - 110, then for mine it is 45, that means I am not eligible for this job... is it right? Am i eligible for MNS SSC?

Indian Army has invited applicants for Military Nursing Service for the post of Short Service Commissioned officer. In order to apply for the Military Nursing Service Officer Post you must fulfill the the following eligibility criteria:

Nationality: Applicants must be a citizen of India.

Educational Qualification: Applicants should have passed any of M.SC (Nursing), PB B.SC (Nursing) from INC recognized university. Also applicants applying for MNS job must be a registered Nurse and Midwife from a state Nursing council.

Date of Birth: Applicants must be born between 02 August 1981 and 03 August 1995 in order to apply for the SSC officer post in MNS.

Physical Fitness : Applicants should be physically fit and height for the women should be minimum 152 cms relaxation upto 5 cms for candidates belonging to North East. Weight should be proportionate to the height.

As you have mentioned that your height is 155 cms so, yes you can definitely apply for the MNS SSC post.
