Iam doing my 10+2 from kerala this year.
Kindly tell me what is the rank required in AIEEE to get admission in DCE. And also I wanted to know if I have to apply SEPARATELY for admission to DCE through AIEEE or writing AIEEE will be enough? Should I fill some other form in addition to writing AIEEE or all the students appearing for it will be considered for admission to DCE depending on the merit of AIEEE ???

For admission to DCE you have to rank good in AIEEE (all india rank),you have score within 35,000 (AIR) for getting into DCE for atleast civil engineering.

Dont worry just crack the AIEEE with good rank,further form filling and applying to other institute will e carried out at the time of councelling.

hey till 2009 dce was having its own entrance exam named cee(COMMON ENTRANCE EXAM)...IN WHICH 85% QUOTA WAS TO DELHI STUDENTS AND 15% TO OUTSUDERS AND WAS THROUGH AIEEE......BUT FROM 2010 ONWARDS THE ADMISSION IN DCE WILL BE PURELY UPTO THE RANK IN AIEEE....SO WE CAN NOT SAY THAT WHAT RANK IS REQUIRED BECAUSE ITS THE FIRST TIME OF AIEEE ....AND DCE WILL BE HAVING THERE OWN CUNCELLING FOR THE ADMISSIONS THEY WILL DECIDE WHICH STUDENT HAS TO BE TAKEN...

well 15% seats is available for other state's students...so you can make for it.

if you cant get into it throgh aieee you can make a domicile certifiacate of delhi to eneter into the college

deary friend ,as dce offer best engineering college in the country,so obviously you have to score well in the aieee exam so that you can get the admission in dce.for getting admission your rank should be within 10000.

it depend on the studennt to perform well...
you have to opt for the rank in order to be reserved....
AIEEE deserves.....quite a big ....indulgence....
a part is reserved ...that of .....15%(througgh AIEEE norms....)
so....

dce takes his own CEE exam 15% seats for outsiders...
and aieee also give some percentage approx 10% seats for any private
engineering colleges...

for this 85% sheet is reserved for the delhi students,
for rest 15% sheet out sider students are allowed.
and for that you have to score within 20000 rank in aieee.

For admission in DCE you have to score a rank between 30,000-35,000 (AIR) in AIEEE. And by giving DCE's own exam 15% seats are available for outsiders. So, you can able to give both exams.

outside delhi student have to fill any form for admission in dce through aieee

In DCE, admission to outsiders is through AIEEE exam and there is no any other exam for admission.

In DCE, only 15% seats are given for outsiders, and admission is through AIEEE exam, so in order get admission in DCE, you must secure atleast 20,000 rank in AIEEE.

what will be the cutoff rank to get into electrical for a gen, outside delhi student into DCE

I m getting 170 in AIEEE (GEN) 2011/ (OUTSIDE DELHI ).Are there some chances of getting ME in some reputed NITs? .Pls tell my expected rank too . Are there any chances of getting DCE ?

I secured AIEEE 2011 AIR-18033. I belong to GEN category and do not belong to Delhi. My state rank is near to 800. Is there any possibility to get admission in b.tech in DCE?? (URGENT)
