IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) is conducting common written exam for the recruitment of clerks for 19 public sector banks. The last date to apply for this examination was already over.

As per the recruitment notification given by IBPS for the recruitment of clerks, it is being revealed that the IBPS Clerk Exam is going to be conducted on 27-11-2011.

But this date is tentative. So, the actual date of exam may or may not be this date.

However, the actual date on which the exam is being conducted will be intimated you through call letter in addition to the venue or center of the exam where you have to attempt the exam.

If any modifications are done in the date of exam, that will be updated in the official website of IBPS. So, keep visiting this website. Here it is,

The Exact date of IBPS Clerk Exam is 27 November,2011

The WRITTEN EXAMINATION Pattern is

Written Examination Structure:-

1.>Reasoning 50 question 50 marks.

2.> English Language 50 question 25 marks.

3.>Quantitative Aptitude 50 question 50 marks.

4.>General Awareness (with special reference to Banking Industry) 50 question 50 marks.

5.>Computer Knowledge 50 question 50 marks.

Up to that time is 150 mins.

Descriptive Paper on English Composition (Essay, Précis, Letter Writing etc)
25 question 60 marks.

Total 250 question 250 marks.
