i have completeted my bca(ug course) further i wan to study in germany with schoolship so which exam i should appear

After completing BCA, the first exam that you must clear is the basic English exam called IELTS or TOEFL depending on which country you want to go to which determines your basic english language efficiency. You may register yourself online and pay the fees online as well for appearing in this exam.
After clearing this exam, you can start applying to universities offering scholarships to Indian students as there are many scholarships that are available to Indian students and many which are not.
