SAIL will conduct the written examination for the recruitment of the candidates. You have to attend the written examination which will be generally an objective type examination. The exam pattern will mainly involve the questions from the technical areas that are HR related. The other questions will mainly be from the areas of quantitative ability, general awareness, logical awareness, computer skills, language skills etc. There will be negative marking in the examination for every wrong answer.
