i am in b.com 3rd which steps should i follow and which exams should i appear and how much time it should take ?

Since, you have completed your 3rd year B.Com course. So you now considered as the graduate. So you can apply for most of the competitive examination to get the job or you can carry forward your higher studies.

So it depends on you and your aim. If you want to get the jobs some of the best opportunity are :-
* UPSC Civil Services Examination
* SSC CGL.
* CDS.
* IB.
* Banking.
* Railway.
These are some of the best jobs for which you can try and can shape your future. Other than this you can go with M.Com.

All these above competitive examination requires handsome work to qualify. So it will need at least one year if you have not started the preparation yet.
