HCL is a Global IT services company headquartered in India.

CEO and Vice Chancellor of the company is Vineet Nayar.

The expectation of the company is higher.

they needed people who know programming and communication

Since you are from MCA (Post graduate degree) they expect programming languages like C, c++, Java, jsp

Once you clear Aptitude, the basic thing they need is you have to attempt the programs they give in Technical round.

Practice basic programs like Triangle with stars,prime number,amstrong, inheritance both in c++ and java.

And the most important thing is your lab programs.
