With this much of marks your AIR would go beyond 1,00,000.
So, it would not be possible for you to get a good college.

I would suggest you to apply for the exam again next year
with good preparation so that you become able to score a good rank.

If you have appeared any other entrance exam(like state engineering
or private college) and you are expecting good rank their then go for
admission through that entrance exam.

Sorry to inform you dear, you will not be able to get any of NITs, if you belong to SC/ST, even then there are very low chances, so i would recommend that either apply next year or if you cannt drop one more year, then appear for VIT atleast, you can get through this , otherwise there are many private institutes now a days in every state.

After Btech , you can appear for GATE, which is conducted for Mtech in IITs, so you can choose this path also.

But the best option is to reappear, one year wont make any much difference, may be you can get NIT.

I think you should get a good rank in AIEEE,because 95% marks in not a matter of joke in AIEEE. I can't say the exect rank but you have a great chance in govt college...

your rank would be at about 50000 as according to previous result.

Well friend,
According to me your AIEEE rank will be around 50,000 to 60,000.
You will not be able to make it to a good college unless you have a reservation quota.

In the highly competitive entrance exam like AIEEE it is very important to score high As you said you have scored 104 in this exam according this

your expected rank will be around 35000 to 45000 I assumed that you are general candidate because you didn't mentioned anything in your question.

anyways there will be no huge change even though you belong to a reserved category

may be a 10000 difference is the max I think

and coming to the colleges issue with this rank getting premier institutes like NIT's and all as a general candidate don't have much chances

if you avail hs quota of any NIT then only there will be a chance for you to get a seat in NIT

Doing engineering in normal institutes is not good in present position of engineering

the reason for this is because every year some lakhs of students are produced as engineers but due to lack of quality in them no one are getting placed

So doing engineering in a good institute is very important

try for top 100 colleges if you did not get any then don't hesitate to take a drop and try for next AIEEE

getting 95 marks in AIEEE , you may get a rank 50000... so it is difficult to get into NITs.. but you will defnately get any NIT but not that GOOD... if you belong to reservation category like sc or st ... you will get a top NIT with a good branch also...

Sorry to say this but your rank will be below 100000 and you won't get admission to any good college with this rank. Try to appear for aieee next year and score better marks. Best of luck!!!

AIEEE is the most famous engineering entrance exam. If your score
in AIEEE is 95 then i think that your score must be between 30,000
to 45,000. If you are belong to general category then you can't get
NIT but if you belong to any reservation category then you can get
a chance to admission in the NIT.
I advise you to try to get admission in the top 100
college of India. Many state engineering colleges are good. If you are
appear in the state engineering entrance exam and if you will get a
good rank then you can also get a good college.

I feel sorry to inform you as per your score you cannot get admission in any IIT or NIIT or any famous college and you will get minimum 90.000 plus rank in the exam..

since this year the maximum marks was less than the previous year therefore the cut off will slightly decrease from the last year.......
your rank would be in between 40,000 to 45,000
with this rank it would be easy for you to get admission in jaypee institute , noida.......
it has a good faculty and very good placements....

Even after appearing in the exam we assume that we will get a certain score but in maximum cases it has been found that the score varies too much.
It's quite tough to assume the rank as it depends on several parameters like-
* Number of students appearing in that particular year.
* What will be your actual score.
* Your subject wise marks.
* What is the cut-off in that particular year of exam etc.
So, just wait for the result to be published.
